Rachel is a career recruitment leader with deep expertise across executive search, agency, and in-house roles, having led large-scale teams responsible for over 5,000 hires annually. With career experience spanning Japan, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, she brings a unique understanding of the challenges faced by expat professionals. Rachel now coaches individuals on navigating their next chapter, blending her recruitment insight with real-world business acumen.
